Industrial Lighting Products, Inc., a Florida-based manufacturer of high-efficiency lighting, is expanding to northern Nevada.
The company will occupy a 15,425 sq ft facility in the Brookside Corporation Center at 1135 S. Rock Boulevard in Reno. Miller Industrial Properties represented the landlord in the negotiation, which brings this multi-tenant facility to 100% occupancy.
Industrial Lighting Products is expected to move into its new facility this June.
