Landstar is moving into 84,000 square feet of space at 1750 Purina Way in Sparks, its fourth new facility in six months. The company, which is made up of independent agents, leased owner operations, and other capacity providers to deliver truly customized transportation solutions, partnered with Tom Miller of Miller Industrial Properties to accommodate its rapid growth in northern Nevada.
Over the past six months, Miller has found four facilities, some temporary, to house the company.
Tom negotiated a competitive rate for a 39-month lease on the new space, and Landstar will be taking occupancy December 28, 2015.
