United Site Services Expands in Northern Nevada

The property at 11975 I-80 East on the Mustang exit is the new northern Nevada home of United Site Services. The company, a supplier of portable restrooms, washing sinks, temporary fencing and more, outgrew its former Reno/Sparks location and was in need of a bigger local facility.

The single-use property on I-80, developed by a contractor before the recent recession, is a 3+ AC facility with two shop buildings plus a separate 5,000 sf office building. It stood vacant for over three years after the construction market plummeted until property owner Marty Giudici teamed with Miller Industrial Properties to secure an appropriate tenant. After an aggressive marketing campaign, Miller located United Site Services and negotiated a long-term lease with this national firm. “I’m very pleased that Miller Industrial Properties has been able to quickly locate a viable, high-quality credit tenant within a few months of hiring them to list the property,” said Giudici.
